General information

Our Marketing Sciences Center of Excellence (COE) was formed as a complement to our local service offering to provide critical, yet specialized, capabilities at scale. With particular emphasis on advanced skills and R&D, it is a reflection of our commitment to innovation in the space. The COE is comprised of 3 primary disciplines: Advanced Analytics, including data science, modeling and analytics consulting; Consumer & Market Intelligence, including proprietary research and intelligence solutions; and Analytics Enablement, including analytics technology enablement and automation. Our centralized offering includes a suite of codified and proprietary products, end-to-end consulting services and advanced capabilities aligned to each discipline.

While our leadership is located in Los Angeles, our centralized resources are distributed across the US network and our offering is accessible by all offices.

    Background

    Courtney is a seasoned marketing expert with an extensive track record of architecting brand experiences designed to engender lasting customer relationships through sustained engagement. In her time at RAPP, Courtney has held several posts in senior strategic leadership, most recently as Head of Consumer & Market Intelligence Solutions where she is focused on developing proprietary research and intelligence products designed to inform marketing and business decision making as well as opportunities for differentiated customer experience design.

    John Gim

    Background

    John Gim leads a diverse and seasoned practice that encompasses experience analytics, media analytics, and advanced analytics. Over his career, John has focused on producing measurably effective, methodologically sound solutions by leveraging a wide-ranging background across analytics, technology and data. Outside of building client solutions, John can be found pursuing his passions around transparency and data science growth through serving on RAPP’s Global Consumer Trust council and I-COM’s Data Science Board.

    Greg Kaufman

    VP, Analytics Enablement

    Background

    Greg leads RAPP’s Analytics Enablement practice, one of the core capabilities within the RAPP Marketing Sciences COE (Center of Excellence). At the intersection of analytics and technology, his multi-office team supports the measurement needs of our clients and internal resources by ensuring accurate data collection and the activation of analytics platforms. With a 20 year background in marketing technology, digital media, and tag management, Greg provides deep subject matter expertise and consultation across our myriad client engagements.
