RAPP UK Shares a Report on its Gender Pay Gap 2021
"I reflect on the data showing that our pay gap increased in the reporting year to April 2021. There are many factors at play, but I’d like to especially highlight the impact of our company merger during the year which nearly doubled our headcount and changed the staffing composition between the two years. However, the longer-term trend in our gaps continues to be a downward trajectory.
As I’ve said before, we at RAPP are committed to taking the action needed to eliminate the gender pay gap. Our leadership team will continue to develop our hiring, career and reward strategies, and ensure that we keep a focus and visibility on the issues at play. "
